The Comission!

Category: Let's talk

I've noted that some of us have a problem with the comission, no matter what state we're in, some of us are more outspoken then others about it.
So I'm proposing a solution. It won't be a quick fix, but the good thing is, that it will be a long term solution if things go right.

I propose that whoever wants too, comes up with a list of the difficulties they have with their comission. They have to be written up politely of course. (I don't always like politeness either, but I figure it gets you farther then not). You know, you catch more bees with honey type of thing.
Anyway, I'll put the list together. Then we can start brain storming solutions that we think should be implemented in order to resolve said issues we have with them.
At some point, I would like to see this written into law. Whether it be federal, which I personally think is a good idea, only because then all comissions, no matter where they're located within the US will be held to the same high standards, or down to state/local law.

Eventually I'm proposing a trip to Washington (to cover the federal end of things). I plan on having backing ovbiously though. I know transportation is a problem for at least some of us if not most of us, & I want everyone who wants to to be able to participate.
So we'll need funds, & then need to determine whether to charter a bus/buses, a bunch of cars (bad for the environment), or a plane/planes. This is far off I'm figuring, but I want to write it all out so people see that I have ideas which I would like to see turned into action, not just the initial flurry of "oh, this sounds like a great idea!".

I've already received permission to post, so anyone who's interested, please let me know. If you have friends who aren't on the zone let them know & encourage them to tell other friends that they might have.
This won't just help us, it'll help the kiddies & teenagers coming up behind us!
If you don't want to reply here, please feel free to send me a voicemail, email, PM, or QN, whichever you prefer.
